For Asthama, breathlessness: Drink lukewarm health drink (Amla+Ginger mix) adding turmeric & cuminseed at least twice a day. 

Til/Gul ladoos are very healthy!

Health Drink: In 4 glasses of water, put one teaspoon of amla powder, half teaspoon of ginger powder, boil until 25% is evaporated Afterwards water may be filtered. Add little salt & honey for taste. This drink is beneficial for all.

If you have a bck problem, bend at ur knees & not at ur waist to lift objects. Its easier to push rather than pull heavy objects. 

Loose motion/Diarrhoea is due to overeating, indigestion. Reduce diet, drink buttermilk. 

Drink lukewarm water with ginger+lemon+barley. Have lukewarm water frequently in small proportions (1/4 glass an hr). Eat only solid foods like Khichadi, apple, pomogranate, dahi.

Most of the headaches are due to cold, change of season resulting in congestion in the head. Do sun pranayama. 

Contageous diseases: It is avisable to keep patient isolated, atleast keep the children away. Wash clothes/utensils of patient seperately.

For anything wrong with eyes - pain, watering, redishness, put a pack of cold milk or coriander leaves extract on eyes for instant relief. 

For Eyes: Apply ghee prepared from cowmilk in the eyes before sleeping. Dirnk atleast half a glass of carrot juice daily.

Avoid eating cereals, fish, onions, garlic, antibiotics with milk, buttermilk, unboiled curd. It may have poisonous effect in the body 

Don't play with ur body. Built it naturally.

Cosmetic treatments, implants, fat reduction may have side effects. Diet/Exercise is key!

Nosebleeds: Use an ice pack on the nose. Cold causes blood vessels to constrict, reducing blood flow, swelling and inflammation.

Women loose calcium during/after pregnancy, breast feeding etc. Instead of taking beauty treatments, concentrate on diet, exercise.

Skin problems are mainly due to lack of vitamin C plus weak digestive system which results in impure blood. Skin creams doesn't really help.

Honey with milk is a good combination for health & vigour. Have one glass of milk with one spoon of honey daily!

Being 20% or more over weight may cause diabetes. It is also hereditery. Too much glucose in Blood causes diabetes. Its a condition where body cannot convert food into energy due to lack of insulin, a hormone produced by Pancreas.

 Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water everyday to maintain acid balance in the stomach.

Apart from Cholesterol, Triglycerides is another type of fat in our blood, that needs to be controlled. Eat walnuts daily as they contain vitamin E, folic acid and amino acid which reduce formation of clots and keep our arteries healthy.

 Drinking a glass of wine with dinner - any alcoholic beverage, in fact has been shown to raise good-cholesterol levels and lower the risk of a heart attack. However excessive drinking is very bad for ur health. 

Without adequate exercise, you cannot maintain a high enough metabolic rate to burn your food efficiently. Not all Cholesterol is bad. Some amount of Cholesterol helps in production of vital hormones and vitamin D.

 Sprouted pulses have high fiber and nutrient content. Include them in any one meal of the day. Cut calories wherever you can. Avoid sauces, ask for them on the side. Just ordering a sandwich without mayonnaise, for example, can save you 30 grams of fat. 

Nicotine in tobacco lowers HDL levels and narrows arteries, which obstructs flow of oxygen to heart, causing strokes.

 Avoid smoking and chewing tobacco. The risk of Heart Disease is at peak at 50+ age.

It is advisable to follow proper dietary pattern from age of 35. Improper eating habits, excessive consumption of sugar and fat can lead to obesity, which can cause heart problems. 

A vitamin pill is a supplement to complement your diet, not act as stand-in for the foods you don't eat. Taking too many vitamins can sabotage your good health.

 Eating the pulp or the whole fruit is much better than juice as you get fiber, essential for the body.

 Eat fruits on an empty stomach & not after your meal. It will help to detoxify your system & supply more energy.

 Learn to stop eating after one serving. Never over eat. Your body will always tell you when it is full. Eat whole grain cereals like brown rice, whole wheat, poridge, and oats. They contain vital fiber for proper functioning of stomach and intestines.

 Monsoon is in. Avoid fried, junk or fast food and drink only purified water.

 Cook the healthy way. Eliminate frying. Instead, roast and bake your food. Eat roasted dry fruits and avoid salted and sweetened snacks.

 Eating soy may help lower insulin resistance and its consequent damage to liver and kidneys. 

Ensure that you drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily, and limit alcohol consumption to a maximum . 

Increase water intake if you are having alcohol.

Eating whole-grain bread, brown rice and other whole grains may reduce the risk of diabetes. 

Blink more often. Tears in eyes evaporate more rapidly during long non-blinking phases and cause dry eyes. 

Eyestrain: Minimise the glare. Use window shades, blinds to block excessive sunlight or install an anti-glare screen to minimise reflections. 

Reduce Eyestrain: Modify your workstation. Adjust workstation and chair to correct height.Use proper lighting. Wake up a bit early and start walking out. You can opt to buy milk, vegetables, newspaper, just go out. Slowly increase the speed of your walk. Avoid oily and fatty food including pickels, papad, butter, coconut gravy to reduce cholesterol. 

 To reduce Cholesterol, eat 3/4 coriander leaves in the night before sleeping. 

High Cholesterol: Drink a glass of Pomegranate juice daily. Do not make a future plan for your exercise, if you have to do it, just do it now.

 Sprinkle just-washed sheets and pillowcases with lavender water. The scent can promote relaxation & lead to better sleep.

 Give your partner a hug every day before work. This simple act can help you remain calm when chaos ensues during your day.

 Do a squat every time you pick something up. 

Instead of bending in usual way, bend your knees. This way your leg muscles will build strength. Eat a handful of walnuts before bed.
