HEALTH TIPS 1

One should always sleep in the night for 6-8 hours & rest in the afternoon for 1/2 hour.

 Sleeping in afternoon can add to the fat in ur body.

 4-5 drops of castor oil in juice or water can be taken on empty stomach in morning for allergies in intestinal tract, skin, nasal passages. 

Sweating in exercise aids kidneys by helping to eliminate waste matter from our body.

  Avoid exercises in AC. Exercise in natural environment 

If one consumes the dairy products, nuts & seeds sparingly, the vegeterian diet (fruits/vegetables)is perfect for maintaing ideal weight! 

Constipation/Hard Stools - Half a medium sized papaya shld b eaten at breakfast. 

3/4 figs soaked overnight in water shld b eaten in morning. 

Bronchitis: Take a teaspoonful of turmeric powder with a glass of milk twice daily preferably on an empty stomach.

 Jambul(Jamun)fruit is effective for treatment of Diabets. The seed is more useful. It should be dried, powdered & taken with milk or water. 

Eatingsprouts is the safest & best way of getting the advantage of both fruits & vegetables without contamination & harmful insecticides. 

Anaemia is due to inadequate intake of iron vitamins & protiens. One shld include sizeable amounts of milk, eggs & beet juice in their diet. 

A soup prepared frm carrots (100gms) & coriander(60 gms) has been found beneficial for treatment of chicken pox. It shld be taken once a day

The root of Asparagus is highly nutritious & is used as herbal medicine in mental disorders. It is a good tonic for brain & nerves. 

Dehydration due to heat: Have khus or kokum juice twice daily. You can also have gulkand with a glass of milk once daily. 

Fasting is one of the best remedy to get rid of disease, toxins from our body. Juice fasting once in a week will be highly beneficial. Never sit down to a meal, feeling worried, tired, in bad temper as such feelings temporarily paralyze the manufacture of digestive juices. 

Toothache: A clove of garlic with little rock salt shld be placed on the affected tooth. It will relieve pain & sometimes, may even cure it. Let us take an extra effort to stay healthy in today's busy & hectic life. 

Cholera:4 grams of cloves shld be boiled in 3 litres of water until 1/2 of water is evaporated. The decoction shld be consumed 3 times a day 

Neem Leaves: Eat 1-2 leaves with warm water first thing in the morning. It will remove cough, blood impurities from your body & tone ur skin 

Boils: Milk cream mixed with half teaspoon of vinegar & a pinch of turmeric powder shld b applied for quick healing without becoming septic. 

Migraine: A few leaves of crushed cabbage should be put in a cloth & bound on forehead at bedtime or during day. Repeat this for 2-3 times.

Yogurt is rich in Vitamin A, B complex & D. It relieves Insomnia, migraine & cramps associated with menstruation. 

Jaundice/Liver Problems: The patient should be on a fruit juice fast atleast for a week. Coconut water, lime & orange juice are most useful. 

Good eating habits r a strong foundation to good health. It's important to eat what you like & also to experiment with a variety of new food 

Pyorrhoea:Chewing unripe guava is excellent tonic 4 teeth & gums. It stops bleeding of gums due 2 its styptic effect & richness in C vitamin 

Diabetes: Raw foods like nuts, onion, cucumber, garlic, string beans are useful. Tea made of pods of string beans is valuable in diabetes. 

Insomnia(Sleeplessness) is caused due to stress, over-eating, drinking coffee/tea in night. You need change in lifestyle than sleeping pills With less sleep ur workouts will be less effective & ur body will be more likely to store fat. You get stressed out & tend to eat more! 

Water is a great cleanser. When consumed in sufficient quantities, it washes off toxins from within ur body. It also tones up ur skin. 

For effective digestion: Never eat & drink together. Always drink water or any liquids half an hour before and one hour after meals. 

Eating a diet low on fat, high on fibre with adequate servings of fresh vegetables & fruits is known to prevent many health disorders.
