Warm up before walk & cool down & stretch after walk. Walk till you start sweating.
Exercise improves your memory, creativity and decision making activity.
Exercise or meditate 15-20 mins. in the morning to reduce stress.
Exercise doesn't mean only workout. Take long walks, use stairs instead of elevator. This will burn extra calories and keep your heart healthy.
Without adequate exercise, you cannot maintain a high enough metabolic rate to burn your food efficiently.
